Things happened. It isn’t even that it was that long ago that I watched the last episode I honestly just can’t remember where we were and what parts of the ever ongoing story of Veronica and Wolfgang happened and didn’t happen in the last episode.
We are here though doing something where Veronica can try and kill Ray Dawn.

Following the raid on Bellwood where he had disappeared we have to retrace his steps to find out just what he has, what he knows and how anyone can stop him from destroying the world as we know it.
Just first Maryla is going to have to take down one of the grief blondes.

I don’t want anyone to think I forgot this episode because I don’t like Fairy Gone. Have no idea why I thought I had watched it last week, maybe I’ve just been behind this whole time, who knows.

“Kanashī Koe to Kuroi Hon” (悲しい声と黒い本)
This show by far is one of the most disappointing series I’ve ever watched and it isn’t because the show is inherently bad or that I hate it but because episodes like this show the endless potential it had to be a gripping, dramatic and action packed adventure in a land recovering from war but still at war behind the scenes with each other.
Why couldn’t it be this good all the time?

“Odoru Nezumi to Oreta Tsuno” (踊るネズミと折れた角)
The show is on a good streak and with them taking down all of Gui Carlin’s men to find the remains of the Black Fairy Tome it is time to go back after Eajey but also uncover the truth about so many other things.

After two really good episodes I’m kind of hoping we’ll have a third in a row. With the trouble at Baleun over and Eagey gone Dorothea have Damien Carme in their custody.

There was a good episode of Fairy Gone so I’m fully expecting another confusing one that gives us more heartache between Maryla and Veronica or Wolfrun showing up and Free getting all Maryla on us…
Or just things not making sense.
I hope not.

I continue to have this strange relationship with Fairy Gone. There is a lot I like about the show but the pacing, story telling and main characters aren’t one of them but I keep coming back because that something… The history of the world that we get to glimpse, the politics and the actual story that is going on that we aren’t getting to hear or see are actually super good.
Honestly don’t know but I’ll keep watching I guess because I have so far.
