Narsus proved his skills as a master strategist in the last episode defeating Kharlan and his fleet with only their handful of allies.
This week powerful men with nothing better to do with their time who want to control other people’s lives in the name of their god do the one thing that is sure to make them happy.
Book burning.
As the title suggests the episode is all about the traitor of Pars Kharlan.

The Capital city of Pars fell in a battle of wits more then a battle of brawn. The battle was won after the King of Pars ignored wise council. The city was left defenceless and then when they thought they might just win the Lusitanian army called out to the slaves of Pars to help bring the city down from within.
Two extremely vibrant and thought provoking episodes.

We ended last episode with one of the simplest tactics to overthrow Pars. The simple use of its people. We know how big Pars is on Slavery and Lusitana uses that by calling to the slaves to rise up and help them win and in doing so become free and equal men.
