Episode 12
Astra Lost in Space has been a hidden gem of a series if I’m honest. It was like Voyager with children and not so far away from Earth and with no actual bad guys just creatures surviving on their planets.
It had heart, drama, horror aspects and over all it was a adventure and I love a good adventure. Mysteries were also there and I’m still convinced that any moment now Aries is going to turn into a gigantic space worm and eat everyone.
This adventure now ends.
Episode 11
It was Charce all along. That threat that was barely a threat and that was so obviously signposted a few episodes ago was Charce.
I admitted (though it won’t probably be out at the moment) in the highlight blog for the last episode that actually no one would have really been a great enemy at this point but you know what?
Poor Charce.
Episode 10
So the biggest mystery of the series has ended just for a new one to be put in its place.
What is Astra? Where is Earth? And who else actually really cares? Maybe this is the episode to make me care seeing it was just a cliffhanger in the last episode but I honestly don’t see how this all ties in together or why we should care about a separate mystery after 10 episodes of the main point of this series being developed and worked on.
Also with a name like culprit are we remembering that someone apparently is trying to kill them all? That maybe one of them is in with the parents?
Money is still on Ares who has no real reason for being a clone as of yet…
Episode 9
With Quiterrie and Funi being clones the mystery is being blown wide open but for me is sticking to the same principal.
This MUST all have something to do with their parents and with Paulina worried about something that “didn’t happen” I’m guessing this is some very huge conspiracy that I’m not sure they can figure out in the middle of space…
Episode 8
So last episode the team landed on Icriss, a planet that doesn’t rotate so half is a fire death trap and half is a frozen death trap, though the middle equator isn’t much better.
With a destroyed ship and a identical ship also on the planet with one survivor in stasis how they’ll survive is up in the air.
Episode 7
Honestly this series does cliffhangers so well and we are slowly writing off who could be the “enemy” stashed on the Astra with us but as always after a wonderfully told story there is even more tragedy ahead…
Episode 6
Well that ending to the last episode was something right? With Ulgar in the spotlight I just so hope nothing bad happens to him.
Episode 5
Shummoor nearly killed them, they barely have the food to get to the next planet and Yun-Hua has a lovely singing voice.
I still think Aries wants to kill everyone too.
Episode 4
I spent most of the last review trying to get my head around just who might be the one that had forced them into this position but if I’m honest I’m clueless.
Whilst I think there are obvious people that might have done this I think there are too many that are obvious and I just really want it to be Aries because she annoys me so much.
Episode 3
So they managed to get food and water on Vilavurs and now they are on their way to the next planet. Right now it is just the dangers of space and living in a small space with a bunch of near strangers that are any kind of threat to the team.
