Last week we said a classy goodbye to Tim and Natalie after a shocking results show that saw Mark and Karen join them in the bottom two.
Halloween has been pushed back to next week (oh no) so this week we have another good old fashioned week of dancing. Who has improved and who should go home?
You might have noticed last week that I did not enjoy Movie week whatsoever. I am very much happy we are back to no theme but I’m not sure I’m going to be able to stick with the series if it carries on like last week.
Sometimes I feel like I missed something in the show. Most dances don’t look or feel like they are actually proper dances anymore. So many feel like show dances with one or two elements of a proper dance in it. I don’t feel people who DO do a proper routine are given enough credit over people who faff about a lot and don’t do a full routine that looks anything like it should and I also don’t like the (and never have) one rule for one and one for the other thing we had going on this week.
I think I’m just overly grumpy.
Anyway on with the show as they say.
There is a reason that this blog is so late. I have to say right from the start that I absolutely hated the night. I watched it live with Anna, Amanda disappeared after about three dances. We were angry, disappointed and confused by the night.

Week 2!! Last week we got off to a explosive start. One of our favourite casts in a long LONG time. The new professionals have made a brilliant impression and we are looking forward to a series of brilliance!
This week we’ve split the celebs up into two teams Team Anna and Team Amanda, we decided we need to split them to properly talk about them more. Team Anna consists of Sunetra, Scott, Caroline, Jennifer, Tim, Judy and Alison. Team Amanda consisted of Steve, Pixie, Mark, Thom, Frankie, Gregg and Simon. Jake was the odd one out but after the Dance Off and me losing one of my team meant he came to me!

For the first time in a few series I’ve been really enthralled in the series so far. It is only week 2 and I already look forward to the show from the moment it ends on the Saturday.
So how did I feel about this week?
The blog was a bit bare this week, I will admit it. I wanted so much to get it written that we didn’t put too much effort in. We’ve been talking it through though this week and we have a action plan for next week so look out next Monday for our fangirl blog!
As it is on this wonderful Thursday that I have off I decided, seeing we didn’t really talk about how we felt about the pairings in our blog I’d dive right in and tell you all my feelings on our wonderful Strictly partnerships!
