“Dororo to Hyakkimaru” (どろろと百鬼丸)
Through all the fighting, all the pain. The heartbreak, the wars and the horrors. After learning that even Monsters/Demons can love and even humans can become Demons.
24 Episodes we’ve seen the sadness that every day humans suffer through. The lengths they’d go to stop suffering, the pain they’d inflict on others for fun or because they have too.

“Kishin no maki” (鬼神の巻)
Everything is going to end in tears. I have a feeling nothing good is going to happen in the end of this series other than maybe Dororo finding a good use for the money that her father left her.

“Nui no maki” ( 縫の巻)
Not sure I’m ready for the final few episodes. With Dororo no longer by his side Hyakkimaru has turned into a Demon and to join him he has his flaming horse Midoro.
No longer on a quest for what is his but for revenge and to find the only person who cares for him (other than his true father, kind of the Priest and maybe one other person) we see the side of Hyakkimaru we’ve been warned about.

“Gyakuryū no maki” (逆流の巻)
No one can run from their fate and as the Priest said in the last episode Hyakkimaru’s is a heavy one to bear.
But bear it he must as he marches back to his father in the fight for his body.

“Nue no maki” (鵺の巻)
Another episode and another story. Who or what the Nue is I don’t know but we’ll find out.

“Amanojaku no maki” (天邪鬼の巻)
With the threat of Tahomaru over for at least now it is time that Hyakkimaru and Dororo continue their journey, not before Hyakkimaru gets his sword arm fixed though.

“Mujō misaki no maki” (無常岬の巻)
After a brief stop to see Jukai, Hyakkimaru is back on the road looking for the rest of his real family. That being of course Dororo…
Who is probably about to be eaten by a shark.
