So we head to the states… Or at least we hand the show to the American’s as I don’t think WCPW went back to the States for the show. With a star studded line up you just have to hope that they join England, Germany and Japan at the top of the Qualifiers to watch.
After a outstanding qualifier in Germany WCPW presents what should be yet another amazing qualifier with the Japanese side of the tournament. Who goes through and will it top the amazing German qualifier? Who knows….
So in our catch up with WCPW I have to start with the German Qualifiers. When they were airing I saw a lot of people praising them, it was only that I ended up working and then forgetting about wrestling in general that I never caught up with them. Lets see if they were as good as people said.
WCPW turned a year old with one of their biggest and most packed show to date.
WCPW is being effected by the changes to YouTube’s policy. When they aired Fight Back I was at work and by the time I got home just after 11pm the show had been blocked from YouTube and they had received a strike for putting it online. They then loaded it to Facebook and Extra so we’re watching it on there instead.
After Joe Hendry managed to win the WCPW Heavyweight Championship when they headed back to Edinburgh he decided to christian the event HendryMania.
You can only guess what the Prestige, three quarters of which are Scottish, get up to now they have the championship in their ranks.
So yes I haven’t been right on top of the qualifiers but hopefully this one gets out in a good amount of time and I can then keep on top of things a lot better. Everything since Chain Reaction HAS been reviewed and to see the reviews which came out quietly as I got so very far behind on everything just go up to the wrestling tab at the top of the page and click on the new WCPW section.
