“Heiwa no hōshū Ichioku Zenī wa dare no te ni!?” (平和の報酬１億ゼニーは誰の手に！？)
I can’t help but want to review Dragon Ball. I love all Dragon Ball series. Dragon Ball Super picks up after the defeat of Majin Buu.
I will be the first to admit I’m like a three year old when it comes to the DB universe. It feels like being a teenager all over again and watching DBZ on Cartoon Network.
There was no real story in the episode just finding out what happened to everyone since beating Majin Buu…. Including Buu himself.
Goku is a radish farmer, Gohan is studying whilst getting ready to marry Videl, Trunks and Goten are getting up to usual mischief, ChiChi is taking no shit, Piccolo is spying on everyone and Satan is living with Buu.
As I said it was like recapturing my early teen years, I remember extremely well the Buu saga as well as the Cell saga. It is very childish I know and the voices sound weird to me (to be fair I did use to watch the dubbed version) which I’ll need to get used to but I’m sure I will.
It was fun. There is nothing wrong with liking something like this. The episode just had a whimsical adventure feel to it as Trunks and Goten went to find a present for Videl and Goku had to think about the worth of 100 Million Zeni.
What is there to dislike?
Its nice to see the old crew though a shame we didn’t see Bulma or Vegeta this episode. That will be taken care of next week which promises to see Vegeta on vacation, now that looks good!
It doesn’t feel like its been so long since this series was on my TV screen and I was glued to it. The animation looks pretty much the same and the characters are just as I remember it.
I feel like a big kid right now I don’t think I have much more to say about it. I promise next episode I won’t just cry like a baby about it being back and will actually talk about what happens.
Even the return of Master Roshi made me scream.
It was good fun.
